Starting therapy can feel like a big step, it is important for me to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and being yourself. I value taking the time to provide you an opportunity to navigate stress, change, and healing without judgments.
Our time together is to make you feel the most supported in your journey while using evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths based/client centered approaches.
I earned my Master of Social Work in 2015 from Grand Valley State University. In my time as a LMSW I have worked closely with clients in many stages of life, love, and grief. Supporting clients as they make positive changes and cope through difficult times is very important to me. My hope is to offer you a calm, compassionate space to feel heard, supported and confident as you navigate life.
