How I work

With a professional background rooted in both foster care and medical social work, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy that honors each client's unique experiences and strengths.

Who I work with

My work has allowed me to support individuals and families through some of life's most vulnerable moments. I have developed extensive knowledge in trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, domestic violence, and grief. Whether someone is adjusting to the emotional transitions of parenthood, navigating the effects of abuse, or coping with loss, I strive to provide care grounded in understanding, empathy, and practical guidance.

What sessions feel like

I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, empowered, and supported as they heal at their own pace. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, discover their strengths, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Outside of work

I enjoy hiking with my dogs, watching Gilmore Girls, and expressing my creativity through music and crocheting.

At the heart of the work

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every session is built around what you need — at the pace you set.
