How I work
I'm a fully-licensed clinical social worker, and I believe a solid therapeutic relationship is the safe space where real change happens. Whether you're moving through a life transition or processing trauma, my goal is to give you the tools, insight, and safe place to make the changes you want to see.
Who I work with
With nearly five years as a middle-school-based therapist, I specialize in adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions, and I honor each client's cultural background and lived experience.
My approach
I draw from CBT, mindfulness, somatic, and solution-focused work to offer compassionate, trauma-informed care, and I'm trained in EMDR to address trauma and deeply-rooted challenges.
Outside of work
I love reading, movies with friends, theater, kickboxing, and traveling — and I've done a Spanish lesson every single day for the last four years.
At the heart of the work
You are the expert in your own experience — you set the pace, and I walk alongside you.

We confirm your insurance, ask what brought you in, and book the time that works.
During
Mostly you talking
Amy asks about what brought you in and what you've already tried. No pressure to relive anything.

A plan you agreed to
Goals, pace, and approach set together — and revisited as things change.
