Reaching out for support — for yourself or your child — is a brave and vulnerable first step, and I'm so glad you're here. I consider it my greatest honor to walk through that place with you in a space that feels warm, accepting, and non-judgmental.
Who I work with
I specialize in kids (3+), teens, young adults, and parents, drawing on my work in schools and community mental health to help with school-related anxiety, life changes, trauma, parenting, and understanding ADHD and other diagnoses and neurotypes.
My approach
My work is trauma-informed and person-centered — safety and trust are the building blocks of healing at any age. With younger clients I use a play-based model; with older clients I draw on TF-CBT, somatic work, and solution-focused, strengths-based approaches, and I love helping clients and caregivers understand the why behind it all.

Your first appointment is simply a chance for us to get to know you. We'll talk about what brought you here, what you'd like help with, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
