About my work

Aloha! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, and I believe the fit between clinician and client matters as much as the training behind it — so I like to share a bit of my story to help you decide whether we would be a good match. My goal is to help you harness your strengths, lessen the impact of your weaknesses, and build the skills to live the life you want.

What I bring

Hawaiʻi born and raised, a former Division I gymnast, a military spouse, and a practicing Christian who respects every faith and none — I've lived a range of experiences that help me understand family love and family pain, cultural and racial identity, the rigor of high-level sport, and the honor and complexity of military life.

Specialties

Alongside therapy, I specialize in ADHD assessment for children, teens, and adults. If you're considering therapy or an evaluation, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to talk through your situation and whether we are a good fit.

At the heart of the work

Good therapy starts with fit — feeling heard, understood, and confident about your next step.
