Who I work with
I work with individuals ages 14 and older, especially those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life changes. I focus on a warm, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
How I work
My approach is client-centered — we work at your pace to understand what you're going through, build coping skills, and move through challenges with greater resilience and peace. I truly believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow.
Outside of work
I enjoy reading mystery novels, some cringey reality TV, traveling, and spending time with my nieces.
