Meet Hayley VanRavenswaay – Practice Manager
Every successful practice has someone behind the scenes making sure the wheels don't fall off. At Hope & Healing Counseling, that someone is Hayley!
As our Practice Manager, Hayley is part problem-solver, part professional multitasker, part chaos coordinator, and quite possibly the person who knows what's going on before the rest of us even realize something is happening.
From keeping our offices running and supporting our growing team to coordinating referrals, answering questions, and tackling whatever unexpected adventure the day brings, Hayley helps keep Hope & Healing moving forward.
She's also proof that working in mental health doesn't mean you can't have a sense of humor. In fact, around here, we consider it a job requirement!
While our therapists are busy helping clients navigate life's challenges, Hayley is busy navigating the challenges of running a growing mental health practice — and somehow helping make it all look manageable.
We're incredibly grateful for everything she brings to Hope & Healing. She's an important part of the heart of this practice, and we couldn't imagine doing what we do without her.
