Contact us

Reaching out is the hardest part. We'll take it from here.

Call, message, or fill out the form below. A real person from our Jenison office responds — most requests get an answer the same business day.

Request an appointment

A few quick fields. We verify your insurance and call you back with a therapist match and a time.

How can we help? Pick one — we'll tailor the rest of the form.

What brings you in? Pick any that apply — no wrong answer.

This form is not for emergencies and is not a secure medical record. Please don't include clinical details you'd want protected — we'll collect those in your intake. If you're in danger, call 911 or 988.

Or call (616) 209-8280 — we answer Mon–Fri.

Questions we get most

If the answer isn't here, ask in the form — we'd rather answer twice than have you guess.

How fast will I hear back?

Requests submitted during office hours are typically answered the same business day. Anything sent overnight or on a weekend is returned the next business morning.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can contact us directly. If your insurance plan requires a referral for behavioral health, we'll flag it during the benefits check and walk you through getting one.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes — name them in the form and we'll check their availability. If their schedule is full, we'll offer someone with overlapping specialties rather than leaving you waiting.

Is this form secure?

It's encrypted in transit, but it isn't a protected medical record. Share only what you're comfortable putting in an email; clinical history is collected in your intake paperwork instead.

What if I only want telehealth?

Say so in the notes. Every provider offers secure video sessions to clients physically located in Michigan, and you can switch between in-person and virtual any time.

You don't have to have the words ready

Most new clients are seen within 3–5 days. Start with a name and a phone number — we'll ask the rest.
