I specialize in supporting children and teens, though I am also experienced in working with adults when needed. My ideal clients are often navigating challenges such as trauma, self-esteem struggles, eating disorders, or behavioral concerns. I am passionate about helping individuals through life transitions, developing effective coping strategies, and recognizing their intrinsic worth and potential.

Some of the therapeutic methods I utilize include play therapy, sand tray therapy, and art therapy.
