Therapy doesn’t have to feel scary. My goal is to create a warm
environment where each client feels safe, accepted, and supported.
Through empathy, validation, connection, and quite often a little
humor, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring
difficult emotions, navigating life's challenges, and creating
meaningful change.

I work with teens (14+) and adults who experience anxiety, depression,
grief, women’s issues, autism, and life transitions. Regardless of
where you are in life, I will meet you where you are and provide care
that aligns with your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My therapeutic approach is a mix of trauma-informed, client-centered,
Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Together, we will work to increase self-awareness, challenge unhelpful
thought patterns, build on existing strengths, and develop practical
tools that my clients can practice in day-to-day life.

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work from Grand Valley
State University. I am passionate about helping individuals build
resilience and foster self-compassion. It is a privilege to walk
alongside my clients during both difficult and transformative periods
of their lives.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family
and friends, taking walks with my husband, listening to music, and
snuggling up with my dog while watching a comfort show. I was born and
raised in West Michigan and I’m excited to serve my community.
