Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about providing high-quality therapy in a private practice setting. This 1099 contractor position is perfect for therapists looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive environment while working with individuals, couples, and families in Hudsonville, MI, and West Michigan.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Michigan licensure: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLP, or Psychologist

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology

• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, or other mental health concerns

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR); Therapy Notes experience a plus!

• Ability to maintain a consistent caseload in-person and/or via telehealth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children, teens, couples, or families

• Specialization in trauma therapy, substance abuse, or neurodivergent populations

• Training in DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, or other evidence-based modalities

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
