Elaina Kimbrell
LMSW CAADC
Elaina is a warm and compassionate therapist who believes that healing begins in a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. She’s passionate about walking alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own capacity for growth and resilience. Her approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration—working together to uncover strengths, gain insight, and build practical tools for lasting change.
Elaina earned her Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University in 2023. She is also a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with experience supporting individuals with Opioid Use Disorder, as well as those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, disordered eating, and life transitions. Throughout her clinical work, Elaina has supported clients of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, using evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Her therapeutic style blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Elaina values creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel encouraged to explore and grow at their own pace.
Outside of her work, Elaina enjoys watching documentaries, spending time with loved ones, taking walks outdoors, and relaxing with her cat, Cider.
Elaina feels deeply honored to be part of her clients’ journeys—to witness their courage, resilience, and transformation as they move toward greater self-understanding and well-being.
